About Founder

Founded by Mr. Lo in 2018, he immigrated from Hong Kong to Taiwan with his family. Tasted many high quality bubble tea with natural ingredients there. and he decided to bring the taste to Hong Kong, and started his bubble tea learning journey in Taiwan. Developed the recipe of brown sugar pearls milk tea, and other delicious recipes in Taiwan, and started a tea bar in Mongkok, one of the the most busy area in Hong Kong.

Insist to use natural ingredents, and traditional method to prepare tea. Imports tea leaves, pearls, juice and other ingredients from Taiwan, Mr. Lo wants his customers taste his tea just like as in Taiwan.


About our name "Siu Cha Tong" in Chinese?

We are not ambitious, we don't intend to get rich by doing this business. We only want to brew a good cup of tea, and make the best pearls. This is the "Siu" Character in Chinese means "little", we have a "little" dream. " "Cha" is tea, and "Tong" in Chinese is "hall", "stage", we hope to present our best drinks to our customers on this "drink" stage.

Famous Drinks

- Fresh Milk with Pearls
Slow cooks the pearls with Taiwan brown sugar for 2 hours, serve with Meiji fresh milk. Indulge yourself with this Fresh milk with pearls.
- Purple Sweet Potato Fresh Milk
Peel the Potato skin, baked for 30 mins until it becomes soft. Press it and blend it with Meiji fresh milk. A very traditional Taiwan drink with fibre and delicious.
- Koyamaen Latte
Using the Kyoto Koyamanen matcha powder. Light, creamy and refreshing.
